Primary Fermentation partially in steel and partially in French Allier oak wood.
Secondary Fermentation 60 days in glass bottles.
Ageing 36 months in the bottle with the yeast.
Colour Straw yellow towards gold.
Tasting Impression Dry, full bodied, smooth.
Tasting temperature 8°-10° C.
