TASTING SUGGESTION BY VALTER BOSIO
Tasting impression: On the nose it develops floral notes reminiscent of dog rose, peach blossom, wild cherry and hints of blueberry. Good acidity shows on the mouth, with freshness and great minerality on entry, followed by warmer sensations with light, linear tannins and fruity, flowery flavors.
Tasting temperature: 8°C
Meal coupling: Excellent as an aperitif, it is a wine that goes well with all fish dishes, such as crustaceans, molluscs, but also with a seafood pasta.
